1 - Planning

2 - Needle-Free Local Anesthesia and Donor Hair Extraction
In hair transplantation, before extracting the hair follicles from the donor area and creating the recipient sites for the transplantation process, local anesthesia is applied to the relevant areas.
It takes more time for the anesthetic to take effect when an anesthetic solution is injected into the scalp with needles. The unpleasant sensation experienced during the injection of local anesthetics naturally cause discomfort for the patients.
Now it is possible to perform a hair transplant operation with needle-free injectors with almost no pain by the usage of special anesthetic devices.
These special devices deliver the anesthetic agents into deeper layers of the skin by using pressure to transport the active substance.
Needle-free injector requires a shorter duration for the anesthetic to take effect when compared with conventional needle syringe systems. For this reason, patients feel more comfortable when anesthetic agents are administered via needle-free injectors.

The process of opening channels is very important and sensitive as we mentioned, because the more operation is accurate and sophisticated , the more transplanted will be successful and give more pleasing to the shape of the face, it plays an important role at the success of hair transplantation.In FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) conducted with sapphire blades, after the patient is administered local anesthesia, hair follicles are extracted one by one from the donor area with the aid of a micro motor and micro punches in sizes of 0,6 - 0,7 - 0,8 diameters.With the FUE method, the extracted hair follicles should be transplanted into the incisions that have been created.These channels have a major influence on the density, angle and direction of hair growth, which are the determinants of obtaining a natural appearance.

4 - Placement of the Grafts
